Columbus mover E.E. Ward is getting some exposure in Nascar. The Columbus-based company helped Richard Petty Motorsports move from its long-time headquarters in Concord, N.C., to a larger facility 20 miles away in Moorseville, N.C., a job that required 24 trailers, the company said in a press release. “It took more than 40 team members to make this move possible,” E.E. Ward President Brian Brooks said in a press release. “It was the project of a lifetime.” As part of its compensation, E.E. Ward will get a sticker on the Xfinity Series car driven by Dakoda Armstrong during a Memorial Day weekend race in Raleigh, and will have a show car at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course when it hosts the second-tier Nascar series in August.
