Mike did an outstanding job servicing a potential account. The move consisted of a laboratory, an auto and two lab employee’s personal effects. There were some wrinkles along the way, and Mike smoothed them out perfectly to where the customers didn’t even perceive a problem thanks to Mike’s communication and calm demeanor.
